Our Culture
Our friendly and informal work environment brings out the natural best in people.
Respect for individual's opinions and thoughts can be seen throughout MosChip. A lot of this stems from the fact that we are made up of diverse cultures and people from different regions of India and with our expansion in the USA.
We take pride in saying that we present a warm and sensitive work culture, which makes our employees feel cared for.
Watching the company grow is important. So is having fun. MosChip Employees enjoy frequent get-togethers, whether it's at the office or out with families at extracurricular activities. Getting to know each other is an important aspect in building our work environment.
We have a great Cricket and Volleyball team. MCC (MosChip Cultural Committee) never gets tired of tiring its employees with sports activities!!! MosChip conducts intra-company sporting events where you can show off your team spirit - so if you are good at sports, you can represent the company and win laurels. Besides, there are booked slots in national level sports complex for practice sessions. |
