K Ramachandra Reddy (Ram) – Chairman & CEO

Ram is a graduate in Electronics Engineering from IIT, Madras and holds an M.S.E.E. degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin, USA. He has over 23 years of experience in Silicon Valley in the area of design, manufacturing and marketing of various integrated circuits (ICs). He has successfully started several semiconductor design companies and sold them to larger companies in the last 18 years. His companies were Lotus Designs Corp., Silicon Logic and Startech Semiconductor. All these companies were based in Silicon Valley, USA. Prior to starting his first company in 1982, he worked as a Section Manager at American Micro Systems in Santa Clara, California. He was responsible for designing the world’s first DSP chip. Ram has extensive experience in sub contracting manufacturing needs of semiconductors and marketing these products worldwide. His customer list included major PC manufacturers such as Compaq Computers and communication technology companies such as Nokia Systems out of Finland.

C Dayakar Reddy (Dayakar) – Managing Director

Dayakar is a post-graduate in Electronics Engineering from California State University, San Jose, CA, USA (1985). He has over 15 years of experience in Silicon Valley, USA. He started his career with Cirrus Logic, Fremont, USA and held Senior Management positions in Engineering. He has developed several graphics controllers, which helped Cirrus Logic in becoming the leading supplier of graphics controllers. He had filed for 12 patents in 10 years during his stint with the company. He founded his own company in 1994, Future Integrated Systems. He had also filed for 2 patents in the field of LCD display technology. He sold his company to National Semiconductors in 1997 and worked with them as Director of Systems Engineering till early 1999.

Bhanu Nanduri - Chief Operating Officer

As the COO Bhanu is responsible for corporate P/L, operations and world wide marketing and sales, he brings more than 20 years of experience to MosChip. Prior to joining MosChip, Bhanu was the vice president of marketing and sales for Crimson Microsystems a venture funded startup in the Silicon Valley. He was also the vice president and general manager of the Systems Solutions and the Memory Business Units at Alliance Semiconductor. Bhanu was also the founder and CEO of SiPackets, which was purchased by Alliance in 2002. Prior to starting SiPackets Bhanu was the vice president of marketing and business development at Lara Networks, which was acquired by Cypress Semiconductor, and has held senior management positions with companies such as Netlogic Microsystems, Integrated Device Technology and Digital Equipment Corporation. He has a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Osmania University and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama.

Vamshi Kandalla – Vice President of Marketing

Vamshi Kandalla has more than 16 yrs of experience in Product Marketing with broad experience in product management, new business development, strategic alliances , product strategy and design win management on a global basis. He most recently was the divisional Vice President of Marketing at SMSC for the Networking Semiconductors Product Line with world wide responsibilities. He has also held senior roles with Winbond Electronics, Korteam International and Measurements and Controls. He has Engineering and MBA degrees from India and Certificates in International Marketing, Trade and Commerce from UC Santa Cruz-extension.

Sathya Kalyanasundaram – Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Sathya Kalyanasundaram will be responsible in providing guidance to the management team at MosChip in managing and taking sound financial decisions. He will be responsible for formulating and managing the financial strategy of the company in addition to leading the team in areas of acquisitions, fund raising, taxation and budgeting. Prior to joining MosChip, Sathya was CFO of Alliance India and Vice President of its Global Operations - where his responsibilities were to manage the Alliance India Operations and provide leadership & direction to the Global Finance, IT and Operations functions. Sathya relocated to India in 2005 after working in the US for over 8 years, specifically in roles managing finance, accounting and operations. He brings over 12 years of experience in Strategy, Finance, Accounting and Management to his role at MosChip. Sathya has an MBA in Finance from the University of Hartford, CT. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
