Audio Video Processor
MosChip's line of A/V processors allow you to record multiple streams of HD content (broadcast ATSC for instance) over the IEEE 1394a/b interface to a multitude of devices. These could be to a hard disk drive, Secure Digital, Compact Flash and MS Pro-HG cards, and also USB mass storage devices. Our SoCs support multiple file systems types and our own proprietary file system which has been optimized for video recording.
These processors can be integrated into HD/HDV camcorders, set top boxes, and televisions to provide a secure environment for protected content as well. Security is provided by AES, Blowfish, M6 as well as 5C Key Authentication to name a few. The integrated ARM 9 processors also receive and transmit data encrypted, internally. This provides for the safest means possible to handle secure content before it is recorded to the desired media. |
